Requirement
Atrium roof water leak investigation coupled with remedial works without formal report.
The system was a 30 year old MERO Vario Clip to both the roofline and vertical atrium wall.

The entire roof glazing had to be removed in sequence to expose the internal gaskets and seals. Reseal all gasket joints, clear and clean drainage ways and re-set the glass panels without leaving the occupied building exposed to the elements. Rebuild the outer seals with new replacement gaskets supplied directly from MERO – TSK in Germany.
Edson supplied the required Health and Safety ‘Catch Netting’ to protect the abseil operatives.
